    It seems like no matter what device I use to stream paramount. The navigation of the menus and in stream controls are outdated. Feels like I’m using an outdated device that’s just slow and lags. The menu navigation is by no means smooth to navigate. The app development could use an overhaul. I struggle using this app. For example, I watch Survivor. There’s 45 seasons every time I go to watch an episode of a specific season I have to start from season and scroll all the way down to season I want. This wouldn’t be bad if the app was so slow. Any time I try to rewatch and episode I fell asleep to it ALWAYS starts at the end of the episode and then gives me the option to watch credits or next episode. This is a total flaw. Not having the option to restart the episode or even rewind short circuits my brain I don’t how understand how developers miss. Either paramount is completely oblivious or they don’t care enough to improve their software. This software is decades behind the top dogs Netflix and Hulu. The selection has potential, but the software will be the doom of paramount if they don’t fix it. I don’t usually write reviews but This App deserved a terrible review.

    Paramount+ is honestly a great app, five stars, except for one thing. The subscription doesn’t actually transfer from your tv to other devices. I thought something was wrong with my iPad, but adds were on my computer too. I was using the same account as the one on the TV, same profile. Is this an issue or is the subscription only on one device? Because if it’s only on one device that’s kind o fa major rip-off.

  • Can’t watch an episode without it freezing

    The app is terrible, it constantly freezes up and/or gives an error code (6000). We then have to shut it off and resume our episode later. We can not even watch one full episode of anything without it freezing or completely crashing. I’ve done the tech support option for it and that was NO help. This app is part of my Walmart plus perk otherwise I would have already cancelled a subscription. Would not recommend unless you have the patience of a saint!

    If you’re gonna charge as much as you do for this app, make sure it actually works. App freezes while trying to watch anything and loads saying “optimizing” and then closes out. Very bad app. Will be canceling my account.
