Jet lag is caused when your sleep/wake and light/dark cycle shift too quickly for your circadian clock to keep up.     Had such bad jet lag on our last trip to Europe I didn’t see how just a few days prep could make a difference. But I followed the Timeshifter plan, including caffeine, melatonin, and light recs, and it worked. Had almost no jet lag effects. Alert during the day, slept through the night. Will use it for future travel.

    I had to work in a different time zone and was nervous about jet lag affecting my focus and energy. A friend told me about this (it was fate) and I followed all of the suggestions as best as I could. Other than just going to bed tired that first night I felt pretty much zero jet lag. Will recommend to everyone and use for every trip!

    I followed the schedule entirely for a trip from the US to Africa and mostly (tried to get a little more sleep on the plane ride back than was prescribed) on the way back, and felt little to no jet lag! Can’t describe how good it felt waking up on my first days in each time zone and realizing it was already morning.

    I really enjoyed this app. The best feature is being able to plug in just flight numbers have everything populate without spending forever manually entering everything. This app was exactly what I was looking for for a trip to Singapore and AUS with crazy long flights and many time changes. I loved how the schedule starts a few days before you leave to ease you in. I found it difficult to follow during the trip and on the way home, but just knowing when to sleep on my first day of 20 hours of flights was great. Even not following it exactly I felt great my whole two week trip.

    Over all we didn’t have any trouble sleeping, 16hours difference between US and Japan will make you tired etc, but we did not experience any significant jet lag at all. ❤️ I followed the instructions 90% of the time. It worked, I’m very happy with it. Im definitely trying it again in the future with different time zone. Super simple and friendly app.

    I have never left an app review but this app worked so well that I feel compelled to tell everyone! We flew from California to Japan, and on the way there experienced a little jet lag on the first day (mostly owing to our 7 year old who couldn’t follow the plan quite as well), but on the way home I experienced almost zero. I was stunned! Last time I travelled internationally I was a mess for 4-5 days each way. I will absolutely be using this app again. And I will be telling my friends and family!

    I got Timeshifter because I was going to Rome and staying one week. I did not want to waste even one day being out of it. I followed the directions which were simple and had no jet lag. The people I traveled with had very bad jet lag for about two days. It wasn’t just fatigue but headaches, stomach issues, dizziness, and feeling zoned. The app sent me a text when I was to avoid light or be in bright light. It was very easy to follow. Best of all it worked!!!

    I started using this program a couple of years before it became available via an app. To the extent that I follow it, I get excellent results. I use it mostly for vacations. I usually follow the pre-travel program rigorously before outbound travel but not very well before return travel; I give higher priority to enjoying my vacation. Particularly impressive was my experience when I spent 35 hours, and two overnight flights, traveling from Seattle to Botswana. My first afternoon in Botswana I took a game tour with some tourists who were amazed that I had just arrived and was functioning normally. I had gone to Botswana to work and had scheduled a recovery day before starting work. The recovery day was quite unnecessary.

    As someone who is extremely prone to jetlag, Timeshifter was literally life altering. I flew from LA to the UK, and had not one minute of jet lag. I was able to hit the ground running and truly maximize my limited time on UK soil. Super easy to use, this app is now a permanent part of my travel plans. Thank you Timeshifter!!
