Subscribing to Cloud Service will be paid directly through the iTunes account. 3. 24 hours before the subscription service expires, the system will automatically renew and deduct the corresponding fees according to the plan type. 4.     I’ve had these cameras for over 6 years. They are easy to connect to WiFi and they last for at least 3 years. I’ve had to replace it once. I had an issue were the app kicked me out and wouldn’t let me log back in. I reached out to Zmodo customer support and they fixed the issue in less than a day. For me it’s worth the $5 a month to have peace of mind when I’m not home.

    Worked good for a year then I subscribed to monthly then took off now my front cameras don’t work without having to delete and install works for a few day and doesn’t work again they saying Wi-Fi no strong enough I got a extender works great but camera won’t smh
  • App gets worse and worse

    I’ve had these cameras since 2017. I have a total of 5 and each year one fails. They’re cheap enough to where I just buy a new one each year. Sometimes they go offline which requires me to delete the camera and reinstall it. Today, 3-19-24, I was prompt to install an update. BIG MISTAKE. As soon as I completed the update, my app stopped working. Can’t log in. It says “request failure”. I thought I typed the wrong password but nope because I logged into my computer and it worked. But the app stopped working. Now idk what to do now. This is the worst.

    I got logged out of the app when i try logging in it keeps saying request faliure they didnt even spell the error correctly this is so stupid i wasted money i should have gotten ring instead or blink well known cameras

    I’ve had the system for years and I had to change my DVR so when I bought the system, I bought two of them, but have not used the other after replacing it and even before which I thought that was the problem, Zmodo and Zsight we’re not working. I got a call back from customer service telling me they no longer support this app. It’s horrible business and I would never buy anything from Funlux ever again.
  • Doesn’t work with my iPad

    This is a great app for my iPhone. I have used it for about 5 years and haven’t had much issues.. However, I just downloaded it on my iPad and it wont let me use the Live feed. The buttons will be there when I first download the app but after that, when I go to click back into the app, the buttons on the far right side that include the Live feed are gone! I am not redownloading app everytime I need to check Live feed.. Very disappointed!

    Had the cameras for a number of years when changing modem I was unable to re-connect so I called Tech support and they said they can fix it for $100. fee I said what kind of nonsense is that I already bought your cameras and you want that much to TRY and reconnect them. Forget these people and buy security systems elsewhere!!

    Buyers Beware! This is probably the worst company we have ever had to deal with. This company which includes Zmodo, Zsight and Meshare does not support their products or update their apps! If you need a camera or surveillance system go with another company!
